Aaron Becker is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership, business strategy, and operational improvement. He has a proven track record of enabling organizations to achieve their goals through strategic processes, responsible growth, and team development.

Aaron is a graduate of Penn State University and has led various sizes of family-owned companies as well as Private Equity. His expertise lies in fostering leadership skills within teams, developing structure to support business growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Aaron lives in Mount Joy with his wife Melissa, their two sons, Lucas and Owen, and their dog, Taz. In his free time, Aaron loves traveling with his family and being outdoors, especially when it involves wading a cool stream with a fly rod in his hand.
