Conversate is unwaveringly committed to excellence as we equip Christian business owners and leaders to align their purpose in Christ and their purpose in the marketplace. To facilitate and accomplish this, we strive to create a hospitable environment where members feel cared for, honored, and valued as they do the hard work of discovering, refining, and aligning their purpose.
We are actively seeking to grow our reach and are looking for Conversate Peer Advisory Group Facilitators to form new groups and pour into local communities by investing in business owners and leaders! If you are looking for a way to use your God-given talents, life experiences, wisdom, and perspective, consider activating your influence through Conversate Peer Advisory Group facilitation! We'd love to have a conversation with you to see if Conversate facilitation is the right fit for you!
We are undeniably faith-focused and believe our purpose and foundation is built on a solid relationship with Jesus Christ. Our Facilitators must evidence a personal commitment with Jesus Christ and be an active member of a local church.
Conversate Peer Advisory Groups are member-driven, not Facilitator-driven. As such, Facilitators are not expected to be the "sage" in the room, but rather a "shepherd" that guides members on a journey of refinement and development by asking probing questions, offering nuggets of truth/experiential wisdom, and co-developing strategies.
Facilitators bring a wealth of experience and wisdom that they can utilize when conversations require them to be the “expert”, but their primary job is to keep the conversation going, pulling insights from members along the way. Facilitation is a delicate balance of “people” over “process” and a role that requires keen discernment in when to "teach" and when to be the "expert."
Collaboration and team camaraderie are essential to building healthy group dynamics. Individual styles will vary, but Facilitators play a critical role in creating the group's culture as they lead and facilitate. Facilitators are asked to lead by example with a commitment to developing a positive, uplifting, transparent culture where group members can encourage and challenge one another on their respective journeys.
Conversate’s desire is to honor the individual creativity and leadership styles of Facilitators. Equally as important, Conversate desires to create a consistent “experience” for members that guards our values, mission, and brand.
We strive to create a hospitable environment where members feel cared for, honored, and valued as they do the hard work of discovering, refining, and aligning their purpose. Facilitators are invited to extend care to members in personalized and meaningful ways.
Facilitators invest in the lives of members by facilitating meetings, building group culture and camaraderie, and offering their personal experience, wisdom, and insight to enhance, challenge, and encourage members on their respective journeys.
Facilitators can expect to spend approximately 10- 15 hours a month on Conversate. However, this varies greatly depending on group dynamics and whether 1:1 coaching is offered.
Yes and no. Some Facilitators operate as Conversate employees; others are trained + commissioned as authorized 1099 Conversate Facilitators.
Conversate's model honors the entrepreneurial spirit of Facilitators. Authorized Conversate Facilitators can earn a sustainable living pending the number of groups facilitated, the group size(s), and whether 1:1 coaching is offered. Contact us at (717) 492-6711 for more information.
