Tactically speaking, Conversate peer advisory groups are composed of 8-11 members who meet monthly for half a day. These groups are designed to equip Christian business owners and leaders with the tools to leave a legacy impact.
It’s that simple. We are not designed to “tell you how to run your business.” Rather, we utilize a collaborative, member-driven approach to discuss and vet issues, challenges, and opportunities facing members through our Issues / Challenges / Opportunities (ICO) Framework. Then, we strategically discern the best step forward by developing and implementing a plan of action and holding one another accountable to it! It’s a powerful model – a model built around the perspective, experience, knowledge, and wisdom derived from members and infused with collaboration, fun, and passion!
At Conversate, we know that men and women are unique and distinct as created by God. Our groups are exclusively male, and exclusively female by design. While equally valuable, our group are established this way to provoke intentional and transparent conversations among its members as we grow in business, grow in faith, and grow in our influence.
