Kim Crutchfield is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in marketplace and ministry settings, where she has empowered individuals and organizations to thrive. Guided by a passion for helping people become their best selves, Kim believes that true leadership and organizational health stem from supporting both personal and professional growth.

Kim holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology, equipping her to design innovative, tailored solutions for leadership and organizational development. Her career spans diverse roles, including Senior Executive Assistant and Lead Administrator at Victory Church, where she managed a team of six staff members and led over 300 volunteers. She excelled in developing training programs, mentoring team members, and implementing operational efficiencies using tools such as Asana and Office 365.

As Director of Client Services and Training Specialist at OnCourse Systems for Education, Kim delivered professional development workshops, managed client relationships, and facilitated the adoption of new technologies to support organizational success. Her expertise extended to roles as a Student Information System Manager, where she integrated database systems across campuses and provided comprehensive training to staff at all levels.

Kim’s consulting approach emphasizes balanced, holistic practices that foster leadership development and cultivate thriving organizations. Her unwavering faith and dedication to creating impactful solutions are at the heart of her professional endeavors.

When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Moriah and Hudson. Whether cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles or Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide!), or finding inspiration by a peaceful body of water, Kim treasures the outdoors and family time.

Kim finds joy and stress relief in mowing the lawn—combining exercise with the satisfaction of a job well done.
