Upper-level managers, executives, and high-level leaders have the unique position of having the "ear of the owner and the heart of the people." They lead teams, amplify the company's vision, and are imperative to an organization’s success - yet often do not have the final say.

Conversate for Key Executives + High-Level Leaders is designed to advance the leadership of key executives within organizations and bridge the gap between owners and key leaders as we teach members how to think, lead, and act like an owner, while understanding they are not (at least not yet).

Who is eligible to join Conversate?

Christian business owners + leaders who desire to grow in their faith, business, and influence and are willing to dig deep and engage with other like-minded individuals.

What is expected of Conversate members?

The impact of Conversate Peer Advisory Groups is maximized when members deeply invest in each other and understand their commitment to the group. Members truly do make the group! To cultivate this, members are expected to:

Fully invest and commit to their Conversate Peer Advisory Group by engaging in activities, assignments, and discussions
Bring insightful and meaningful ideas and conversation to the table, recognizing that real, raw, honest, and transparent discussion is key to forward advancement
Hold all information shared by Conversate members in confidence. What happens at Conversate stays at Conversate

How many members are in a Conversate peer group?

The ideal Conversate group size is 8-12 members.

*Note: Careful consideration is given to ensuring members are not in a Conversate group with competing organizations in their industries.

When and where does Conversate meet?

Conversate Peer Advisory Groups meet once a month for a half-day (approximately 5 hours). The specific date, time, and meeting location varies by group.

How much time (per month) can I anticipate spending on Conversate?

Our expectation is that members commit to attending the monthly 5-hour Conversate group meeting. Some meetings may require advance preparation (maximum 1 hour). Other Conversate-related activities (e.g., social outings) are optional.

What is included in a Conversate membership?

Conversate membership includes the monthly Conversate half-day meeting (with hot meal, beverages, and snacks) as well as access to Conversate's exclusive member directory and proprietary tools / resources. Optional monthly 1:1 coaching with an experienced business coach is available for an additional monthly fee.

What is the term of a Conversate membership?

Conversate groups are "perpetual" in nature, but membership is renewed on an annual basis. All members are asked to commit to a minimum of a 1-year term (12 half-day meetings). However, our hope is that members will choose to invest in Conversate for years at a time.
