Paul Fowle

With over 20 years in executive-level leadership, Paul holds a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in organizational development, sales growth, market expansion, logistics, finance, and process improvement. Yet one of his greatest joys is leading and aligning teams and organizations around a common mission and business strategy.

With a heart to develop people and the business acumen to drive organizational growth, Paul has successfully led numerous companies to success. His previous roles include serving as Vice President of Delaware Valley Floral Group, President of US Retail Flowers, and, currently, as Chief Operations Officer of NHT Logistics, Inc. Paul looks forward to furthering his passion for business strategy and people development through Conversate Peer Group facilitation! 

Paul and his wife, Wendy, reside in Manheim, PA, with their son and daughter. Outside of the workplace, Paul enjoys watching Penn State football games, exploring new places on vacation with his family, and gardening with his wife.
