· Founder, Amish Family Food Distributors LLC (2010-2018): Successfully grew and positioned the company for a private sale. Expanded operations from fewer than 10 to nearly 70 wholesale clients while maintaining an online store and a company-owned retail market.

· Managing Partner, Garber Self Storage LLC: Tripled revenues through pricing optimization, client relationship management, and strategic development projects, including launching a second site and leasing a third location.
