Vinnie DePaul is a leadership consultant, coach, and peer group facilitator with over 18 years of experience leading high-performing teams, developing culture, and equipping leaders to thrive. He currently serves with Activate Your Influence, where he helps individuals and organizations identify their purpose, overcome obstacles, and lead with impact.
Vinnie’s professional journey has been anything but ordinary. He began his career as a stand-up comedian in New York City, performing at clubs like Caroline’s on Broadway and opening for legends like Brian Regan and Jerry Seinfeld. But his greatest passion was always helping people grow, which led him to spend nearly two decades in executive leadership roles at some of the largest churches in the country. From building thriving volunteer cultures to scaling ministries across multiple campuses, he knows what it takes to lead with clarity, vision, and grit.
He has coached and mentored hundreds of leaders and built systems that drive sustainable growth in both nonprofit and marketplace contexts. As a regional director, builder of culture at SUPPLY Impact Hub, and a frequent speaker at leadership conferences, Vinnie is known for his ability to energize teams and bring practical strategy to even the most complex challenges.
Originally from New Jersey, Vinnie has called Lancaster, PA, home for 18 years. He and his wife, Monica, along with their two daughters, Amelia and Ella, love hiking state parks, exploring back roads, and finding the best ice cream in town.
