With over 25 years of experience in both marketplace and ministry settings, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping organizations thrive. Her background is complemented by a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Technology, which enhances her ability to tailor innovative solutions for leadership and organizational development.

When Kim is not working, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with her husband, Steve and their two children, Moriah and Hudson. They love watching football and cheering on the Eagles and Alabama Crimson Tide, Roll Tide! Kim has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and finds peace and inspiration by any body of water.
