Vinnie DePaul

Vinnie believes life is short and we must make the most of it. He is incredibly passionate about helping people discover and cultivate their influence and unlock their potential.  

Originally hailing from the great state of New Jersey, Vinnie and his family have proudly called Lancaster home for the last 18 years. His wife, Monica, and two daughters, Amelia and Ella, love exploring state parks and getting lost in new places.

Vinnie started his career in NYC as a stand-up comedian, but has spent the last 18 years on leadership teams in some of the largest churches in the country, strategizing opportunities for growth and developing leaders.
