A former NYC stand-up comedian turned organizational leader, Vinnie brings both energy and strategy to every room he’s in.

He’s led in fast-paced environments from multi-campus churches to community hubs, and now works with organizations through Activate Your Influence to help unlock potential and activate purpose.

Based in Lancaster, PA with his wife Monica and their two daughters, Vinnie’s always up for a hike, a road trip, or a deep conversation about what really matters.
